20 years after the creation of the Haute Autorité de Santé, this study day aims to take a fresh look at the institution. What is its relationship with public authorities, professionals and individuals? This is the main theme of the one-day event, which will take place in Biarritz.

The event is entirely free of charge, subject to prior registration. It is organised by the Fundamental Rights Research Centre, the University of Pau and the Pays de l’Adour, the Institut Fédératif de Recherche sur les Transitions Juridiques, the Montpellier University School of Health Law, the Master C3S and the HR2S network.
